Weekly Summary: February 26-March 2, 2018

This past week, DOC Products finalized and sketched out their top three ideas for their final design for their product. Sophia worked on the Radio Frequency transmitter, Teagan worked on the FM Radio triangulator, and Kate worked on the AM Radio triangulator. They completed their drawings and their product concept descriptions on Friday and turned them in to their teacher so that the ideas can receive feedback from the other PLTW classes. I will post the final sketches onto the blog.

DOC Products and the rest of their PLTW class is traveling to the Skills21 Expo Prep event on Thursday, March 8, 2018. They will be presenting the work that they have completed on their capstone project thus far in a five-minute elevator pitch. Next week, the team plans on creating an elevator pitch and probably an accompanying PowerPoint presentation. They also need to complete Activity D3.1 as soon as they have enough feedback from other students.
